Similar to the Yum Yum sauce you see in the store, this sauce goes great with seafood, chicken, beef or pork. It’s also great on vegetables. All you will need is a mixing bowl and something to stir.
The recipe does call for a low carb catsup and sweetener of your choice. It also includes Sriracha, which has 1g of sugar per tsp., the recommended measurement for this recipe.
Substitutions: If you are modifying for a paleo diet, you can substitute the sweetener for honey or omit it. You can also substitute the rice wine vinegar with apple cider vinegar. Make sure to use a paleo friendly mayonnaise.
